As a business coach I found that most of the business owners I coached knew what to do, but had trouble getting it done. Old habits are hard to break and new habits are close to impossible to begin. A business owner can put together a plan and have the best intentions, but will easily fall into their "old routine" because it is "habit" An accountability buddy or coach will be a constant reminder of the changes that you are trying to make and will hold you accountable for the goals that you set until you change your behavior. If 2006 was another year that did not turn out as you "planned" or if you did not plan, maybe it is time try a different approach. Even "Professional" athletes need a coach so as a business professional that wants to be at the top of their game, consider a coach.
