Really enjoying it. I found myself in a similar position about 9 months ago. They offered me the job and it was a really tough decision. I ended up signing on and am pretty happy I did. I could have just as easily gone the other way. The deciding factors for me were 1) the salary, 2) the perks (they let me continue to work from home) and 3) the decision-making power. They were looking mainly to reduce costs and to have someone around who can deal with all the crap stuff on a timely basis. If it wasn't me it would have been someone else.
